INFUSED GRAVY

Smooth & Savory Infused Gravy for Thanksgiving
Real roux. Real drippings. Infused finish.

This infused gravy starts with a classic roux and finishes with infused butter added at the end to keep it potent, smooth, and glossy. Works on turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing — basically anything on the plate that needs saving.

INGREDIENTS

Pan drippings (or 2 tbsp regular butter)

2 tbsp flour

2–3 cups chicken or turkey broth

Salt and pepper

Optional: splash of cream or poultry seasoning

1/4 cup infused butter (added at the end)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat pan drippings or melt regular butter. Whisk in the flour to form a light golden roux.

2. Pour in broth slowly while whisking until smooth. Adjust thickness as needed.

3. Season with salt, pepper, and optional extras.

4. Reduce heat to low. Add infused butter and whisk until fully melted and incorporated.

5. Keep warm without simmering to protect the infusion.

SERVING
Pour over everything. It’ll stay velvety as it cools thanks to the end-stage infusion.
